The Window View
A year of the ‘Window View’ which was our nature series of 2015. The window is one of the few clear windows in the church, and was the view from the vestry. Now it has become the view from our ‘to be’ Kitchen window.

The christmas kitchen
Christmas is that marker in the year, the deadline that pushes us to get as much as possible of the downstairs of the House completed. We traditionally celebrate Christmas in the House as the Hut is too small and cramped for a tree and decorations. Instead of the Yule Log, we light the Froeling boiler and enjoy the warmth…

The possibility of cooking Christmas dinner in the House has suddenly become very likely as the cooker has been plumbed in. Very exciting times!
