The oak tree in June
Leaves vivid green against the blue sky, fluttering in the breeze. The elder at the base of the oak tree is in flower (signaling the start of elderflower cordial making time!). Joining in with Loose and Leafy’s ‘Tree Following’ project. Previous Tree Following posts here

Fellow residents of Christ Church ~ a Great Tit family in the stonework on the west end, where the nave roof joins the buttress. We have discovered two other active birds nests this week, Blue Tits in the stonework at the front of the church and Blackbirds in a bush next to the church. Image of the Week #140

The Window View in May
